Create event
Before you can add content to your event, you must first create an event. You can create an event from scratch, or by using a template or a copy of an existing event.
Follow the steps outlined in this article to create your event.
Enable required modules
In the second step, enable all modules that you want to use for your event.

Event settings
Set the foundation for your event in the event settings by entering your basics and defining your location, schedule, timeframes, limits, and speakers' profiles.

Define the basic information like the name, date, and language of your event and optionally define your custom placeholders.

Location
Add locations that you want to show on the website, and provide a description if needed.

Schedule
Here you add the schedule items for your event.

Define the timeframes of your event.

Limits
Define limits for the maximum number of participants or companions.

Speakers
Add your speakers or adjust existing speakers.
Guest management
Under the navigation item "guest management" you create contact fields, groups, and set up your forms.

Define the contact information fields (such as "company" or "phone") that you want to query in the form or upload as information.

Create groups (e.g., VIPs, press, employees) to control your communication, registration form, or schedule, and create, if needed, your group tokens.

Forms
- Define the settings and system notifications of your forms.
- Create your forms by inserting your defined contact fields and add subquestion.
Communication
Set up the communication for your participants and, for this, create one or more websites and your messages, such as invitation and registration confirmation. The communication for your event can be set up group specifically if needed.

Create the website and define the structure. Also, enter the website settings and customize your website widgets.

Messages
Create your messages, define the settings and content, and fill it with your content and our placeholders to personalize the messages.

Do you have other content you want to use for your event? Under booths, enter content that you want to show on the website or the virtual platform.

Virtual platform

Reports
Define which participant data you want to send to colleagues or external parties during the registration process by using our reports.
