Event Dashboard
The Event Dashboard provides a central overview to keep track of your participant statistics, registration statuses, and ticket sales at all times.
Dashboard

In the upper area of the Event Dashboard, up to 8 different tiles are displayed to give you an overview and assist with your evaluation. In the lower area, you will also see a timeline that displays your planned communication and event agenda items.
Please note:
The dashboard of your event only displays tiles that are relevant to your event and its current status. Therefore, the view may vary depending on the event status, activated features, and the registration or check-in status of participants.
The tiles adapt dynamically to your browser window depending on the resolution.
To track participant activity on the dashboard, contact data must first be stored in the event. This can be done by manually creating or uploading contact data, or directly through participant registrations on the event website.
The following tiles may be visible to you:
- Tickets: Displays how many tickets are available in total and per ticket type, as well as how many tickets have already been purchased by participants and/or assigned to hosts.
- Registration: Shows how many contacts have registered for the event, both in total and broken down by group.
- No-Shows: Allows you to see after your event how many registered participants (number of participants + percentage) did not check in to the event.
- Check-ins: Shows how many contacts in total have checked in physically, virtually, or hybrid at the event.
- Live attendance: Displays how many contacts are currently checked in to the event.
- Waitinglist: Shows how many contacts have the status "Waitlisted" and "Waitlisted-invited".
- Pending contacts: Displays how many contacts have neither registered for nor declined the event so far.
- Deregistrations: Shows how many contacts have declined / deregistered from the event.
In the overview, up to 4 ticket types are displayed in the "Tickets" tile, and up to 4 groups are displayed in the "Registration" tile. If your event has more than 4 ticket types or groups, simply click on the tile to view all stored content in the sidebar. Depending on the tile, you also have the option to jump directly to the "Contacts" or "Tickets" menu via a button.

Clicking on the "No-Shows", "Check-ins", "Live attendance", "Waitinglist", "Pending contacts", and "Deregistrations" tiles will likewise open the sidebar displaying the relevant groups alongside a button to navigate directly to Contacts.
Please note:
A contact can belong to multiple groups and purchase multiple tickets. For this reason, the total number of registrations may be lower than the sum of the individually listed groups, and the number of sold tickets may be higher than the number of registered contacts.
Only groups relevant to the respective tile are listed in the sidebar. For example, if all contacts who declined are in the "Standard" group, only this group will be displayed in the sidebar.
Timeline
Below the tiles, you will find your timeline.
The timeline spans from the time of the first scheduled message to the final activity after your event (e.g., the follow-up email) and is broken down by month. The set date of a scheduled message and the date of agenda items are visualized as numbers in the middle of the timeline. If no content is defined for a month, the month is still displayed by name. For a better overview, you can flexibly collapse and expand individual monthly sections using the arrow on the right.
The timeline displays your previously set-up messages along with their respective group assignments. In addition, individual schedule items (agenda) for your event are listed below the messages, complete with their start time and assigned groups.
If you hover over one of the messages with your cursor, you can click on the three-dot icon to directly select contacts for dispatch, open analytics, or copy or delete the message.

Clicking directly on an agenda item or message will take you straight to the edit mask, where you can make changes.
