An e-mail domain is the web address that appears in an e-mail address after the @-sign. E-mail domains allow you to set up an e-mail address using your own company name, e.g. @company-name.com
In order to be able to send e-mails with your email domain, a DNS adjustment is necessary.
For the following 4 entries, the combinations of numbers, spaces and special characters must be entered in your DNS settings in the exact specified order, with all contained numbers and characters.
1. Configure the TXT entry (DKIM) for "mail._domainkey.companyname.com
2. Configure the TXT entry (SPF) for "companyname.com".
3. Configure the TXT entry for "companyname.com".
4. Configure the TXT entry (DMARC ) for "_dmarc.firmenname.com" (Optional)
We will send you a document with the DNS entries at the beginning of the implementation process. If you have not received this or need further verification for another domain, please open a support-ticket.
