In addition to a personal invitation, evenito also offers the possibility of inviting participants to the the event thanks to a group token. With this function you can, for example define a code for a group of participants who you do not know at the moment, but who can register spontaneously using the token. In contrast to the personal invitation, the participant has to enter his or her registration form completely on their own after entering the group token.

Create a group token
If you want to create a token for a group whose members you do not know at the moment not yet known, but which you can send out spontaneously? Or would you like partners to use a token to invite a number of participants on their own?
Then first define your groups (e.g. the names of your partners) and then create your group token(s) in the tab of the same name.
To do this, click on the plus icon in the top right-hand corner.
Then enter the name of the group token and define an individual token name.
Finally, use the drop down to select the groups to which the participants are to be assigned after their registration.
Confirm your entries using the "Add" button.
This way, you can create as many group tokens as you like.
Your group tokens will then be listed in the overview.

Link to the registration with a group token
Do you want to create a token for a group whose participants are currently unknown, but which you can send out spontaneously? Or do you want to enable your partners to invite a fixed number of participants on their own with the help of a token?
In this article we will show you how to create your general tokens. In this example, let's assume that the generic token is "company-1".
Then compose the link in your message as follows:
Event link plus /?t= plus your group token.
Depending on the language of the participant, the correct language version of the website will be displayed.
If your event is based on different languages, you can also add the language to the link:
Do you want the participant to jump directly to the registration form as soon as he clicks on the link?
Then add the anchor #rsvp to the end of the link. Here is an example:
Event link plus /?t= plus group token plus (language plus) #rsvp
Example with anchor to the login module (without language): https://evenitoconference.evenito.site/?t=company-1#rsvp
Example with anchor to the login module (with language): https://evenitoconference.evenito.site/?t=company-1&lang=en#rsvp
