In your space, you store the general settings for your company and all the events and users in it. These settings provide information about your space as well as the topics of security and permissions, i.e. the users who use evenito and their respective roles. Furthermore, you have the option of storing message templates which you can select for all your events.
To access the organization settings, first click on the gear in the upper right corner .
The sub-items "Basic information" and "Resources" are anchored under the item "General settings".
In the basic information you can enter the name of your your space and a description, upload your logo via the file manager and define the main CD colour. The icons in the backend will be displayed in this colour.
Please note, CI/CD customisations for the news and website as well as the virtual platform evenito connect can be individually stored in the respective menu items within your event.

User, Teams & Roles
This item is divided into the "User", "Teams" and "Roles" sections.
The Users refer to the people in your space, who use evenito and set up events in this tool. For further information on the subject of users can be found in the following articles:
You can also assign roles to new and existing users. Depending on the role, the user receives different permissions. You will find a detailed description of the individual roles can be found in the tool under "Security & Permissions" and "Role".
With the help of teams, you can assign your users to cross-organizational groups, which are then only allowed to view and edit certain events, for example. This ensures a better overview.
For even more efficient work, you can find predefined templates under "Templates" > "Message template(s)". In addition, as an organiser you can add or delete further templates. You can then access the defined templates access the defined templates in each of your events, select and customise them individually.
