You want to add participation and/or privacy information, for example? In this article, we'll show you how to add them to your registration form.
First add a new additional question via the "Add item" field and select the type "Single-select". Now mark the field with "required".
Then click in the "Text description" field. Here you can now, for example, store the data protection policy in pure text form or provide them with further links or PDFs.
- To add links, please mark the corresponding word or the desired text area, which should be linked and then click on the chain symbol (3rd symbol from the right).
- You want to attach a document, like a PDF? Then please click on the staple icon (2nd symbol from the right), which will open the file manager. Select your file and paste it. Make sure that you give the document a clear name, because this name will be shown in the text.
- You want to copy and paste a text passage from a document or from your website, but the formatting was taken over? Click on the crossed out T symbol (far right) to delete all formatting and presets.
Please note that you can also vary between different text sizes, e.g. to emphasize the headlines. Choose in the dropdown (4th element from the right) between small, normal, large and huge.
For security reasons, some content can not be displayed in edit mode in the site builder. For example, externally embedded images are displayed as broken images and externally embedded fonts might not be displayed correctly. However, all content can be accessed and used via the preview button and the published website.
Finally, pre-define the participant response, e.g., "I agree on all terms and conditions."
Confirm your adjustments with "Save changes".
