Your event is multilingual and in one language you have already completely defined your email with the general design settings and filled the structure with content? Then use the function described below to adopt the layout and settings for your other language(s) and simply adapt the content accordingly.
To do this, move the mouse over your desired message in the menu item of the same name and click on the pencil symbol to open it.
Then use the language button to switch to the language for which you want to use the already prepared template. In the following example, the English template is to be used for the German version and then the content is to be adapted.
Click on the three dots on the right-hand side next to the "Select contacts" button.
In the dropdown that opens, select the function "Copy from another language" and determine which language template is to be adopted.
As soon as you have selected the language, the layout and contents are taken over and can be edited by you.
