Full screen view in edit mode
You can use the -button to the left of the preview to enlarge the view of the website editor.
Clicking on the -button hides the navigation bar in evenito and the website editor is displayed in full screen mode in your browser window. To exit full screen mode, click on the -button again at the top.
View of different devices in edit mode
To switch between the different views of the individual end devices, the following options are available above the preview area of the website on the right hand side (from left to right):
- Desktop: Preview of the website on a regular device (computer or laptop)
- Tablet: Preview of the website on a regular tablet
- Mobile: Preview the website on a regular smartphone
As soon as you have selected the desired device, you can scroll over the website view adapted to the device in the area below.
Preview function
In addition, the website can be opened via the preview function. To do this, select the "Preview" button to the right of the language switcher.
Please note:
For this button to become active, all changes that are pending must be saved beforehand.
This function allows you to open your website directly in the browser. It contains the current version of the memory and overrides possible outdated intermediate versions in the cache. Furthermore, this function can already be used if your website has not yet been published by you.
Please note:
Creating the new preview may take a moment after saving changes. You will receive a notification in the notification bell at the top of the navigation bar as soon as the preview is ready.
Recommendation:
We recommend that you use this function, especially during the setup of your event and in the test phase, so that you and your colleagues can always see the current state of the website (regardless of outdated content in the cache).
