evenito is not a full service event agency, but a SaaS company (Software as a Service company).
The product and the associated service of evenito is the browser based software for the organisation and execution of events. For this purpose, the users of a company are supported fundamentally during onboarding and selectively via support requests as well as with the provision of a constantly updated knowledge database. The goal of evenito is to train users so that they can use the software independently.

How long will it take me to prepare a virtual or hybrid event?
Virtual events also require intensive preparation. We have found that this is often underestimated by companies. Our experience shows that the following time frames are realistic:

- From contract conclusion to implementation kick-off meeting: 3-7 days
- From contract conclusion to training: 7-14 days
- From training to website go live and registration (strongly depending on setup and IT): 7 days and more
6 weeks before the virtual event, you should have completed the most important preparations and tests for the implementation. If you discover during this period that you need support from our partners, they still have time to secure the appropriate resources and to professionally prepare and execute the virtual event together with you.
Is the preparation of a virtual event complex?
Just as event managers visit locations for physical events, talk to trades and contributors, and pull all the strings together, it's important not to underestimate preparation for virtual events. It is crucial that all players, including speakers and presenters, feel comfortable with the realities of the virtual setup. It is worth planning a test run at least 4 weeks before the event.
