Improvements

  • Billing for free ticket purchases: Contacts will no longer be required to provide billing information for tickets priced at 0. Invoices and standard purchase confirmations are now bypassed by default, though these can still be enabled for your organization upon request.
  • Bulk update check-in status: You can now update the check-in status for a selected group of contacts in bulk, even if the Check-in module is not currently active for your event.
  • Live broadcast accent color: The live broadcast badge on the virtual platform will now be displayed using the accent color set up by the user, rather than a generic default color.
  • Connect video quality: The default video quality for the virtual platform (Connect) has been increased from 5fps to 30fps to ensure a smoother visual experience.

 


 

Bug fixes
  • Report page reloads: Reloading the browser while viewing a specific report will no longer redirect you to the start of the list. The system now correctly maintains your position on the report you were viewing.
  • Statuses in Report files: The "order-pending" category has been removed from Reporting PDF exports. Reports will now only display the registration statuses that are visible within the back-office.
  • Keyboard shortcuts: Using cmd+a or ctrl+a within the "Add contacts" popup will now correctly select the text in the input field rather than selecting all contacts in the event.
  • Speaker image formatting: Speaker images will no longer overlap names or titles in the preview window. Layouts have been adjusted to ensure long titles remain fully visible and properly layered.
  • Virtual check-in logs: An issue preventing virtual check-ins and check-outs from appearing in the event logs has been resolved, ensuring all attendee activity is accurately recorded.
