Release Notes from 5th of March 2026
Improvements
- Required fields in form editor: Required fields in the form editor will show a red asterisk to indicate they’re required.
- Copying websites: Users can copy a website from a copy button located on each website element in the websites overview page.
- Enhanced focus states for website accessibility: Interactive elements like buttons and links now feature more distinct focus indicators, including primary-colored outlines and improved offsets, to ensure clear navigation for users utilizing keyboards.
- Selecting colors on website: We are showing one or more warning messages in the website theme settings if our system notices color contrasts between the different colors that are too low according to WCAG.
- Semantic structure for website accessibility: Key page regions and content details—like headers, speaker names, and buttons—are now automatically structured behind the scenes to ensure clear navigation for visitors using assistive technologies like screen readers.
- Streaming sound overlay: To comply with browser autoplay policies, a button is now overlaid on live streams to allow users to enable audio with a single click.
- Default contacts per page: We changed the default number of contacts shown in the contacts table from 10 to 50. This improves navigation for events with more than 10 contacts.
- Invoice refund tooltips: To provide better clarity, we’ve added an explanatory tooltip to the "Refund Invoice" button. If the button is disabled, users can now hover over it to see exactly why a refund cannot be processed in that specific case.
Bug fixes
- New icons for message status: Soft and hard bounces are indicated by two different icons, differentiated by color (soft bounce icon = orange, hard bounce icon = red).
- Delete contact redirects: Deleting a contact in the contact detail page didn't always redirect to the contacts page. This has been resolved.
- Removing limits: Limits couldn't be removed after having been set. This has been resolved.
- Ticketing data in reports: Users can now include ticketing information, such as ticket types and prices, when generating event reports.
- Login field persistence: The email address is now retained in the login field after a failed login attempt, ensuring users only need to re-enter their password.
- Timeframe date popover: The date selection popover in the timeframe timeline now adjusts its position to remain fully visible and interactive, even when a timeframe is located at the far edge of the screen.
- Delete confirmation modal: The background of the delete confirmation modal now shows, resolving the occasional issue where it appeared cut off on the sides.
- Team member search: Users can now be found by their email address when searching in the team members dropdown within the team settings.
- Scheduled reports on past events: We have resolved an issue where reports scheduled for events in the past would be sent repeatedly; these reports now correctly follow their intended schedule or are prevented from being created for past dates.
- Password reset email: The password reset email has the updated branding & address.
- Account center exports: Administrators can now export data regardless of the number of previous billing periods. We also fixed an issue causing accidental logouts.
- Website editor alignment: Resolved alignment issues for logos in the navigation widget and fixed menu display bugs on desktop.
- Social media previews: Icons now render correctly within the message preview pane.
- Wallet pass formatting: Titles on wallet passes are now automatically capitalized for consistency.
- Companion deregistration: Fixed a bug where companions were removed from all assigned groups and moved to a fallback group upon deregistration. They now retain their group logic correctly.
- Host ticket booking: Resolved an issue where hosts could not see their existing bookings. Additionally, hosts are no longer blocked from booking other ticket types when the limit for a specific ticket category has been reached.
- Confirmation message attachments: Fixed a bug that prevented document attachments (e.g., confirmation letters) from being included in follow-up registration emails. Attachments are now correctly sent with every registration email, not just the first one.
