Manage your website and email domains, video sources and event labels for your evenito space.

Manage Resources
You can store the resources for all events in the “Space settings” in the “General settings” under “Resources”. You can find the Space settings in the navigation bar via the arrow 
to the right of the space name.
Please note:
Only administrators can store, manage and view resources.
Website domains
To add a website domain, go to the “Resources” in the “Space settings” as described above. In the “Website domains” tab, you can add a new domain in the “Add item” field and save the changes.
You can recognize already verified domains by the check mark
to the right of the domain. If a domain is not yet verified, you will see this icon
to the left of the domain. You can find more information about verifying a website domain in this article.
If you have several active website domains, you can use the icon
to the left of the domain to specify the default domain that is used by default for new event websites.
Please note that you can only select correctly verified website domains that are stored in the resources for your event website in evenito. You can find more information on editing the domain for a specific website in this article.
If a domain is no longer needed, you can delete it using the trash can icon to the right of the domain.
E-Mail domains
In the “E-mail domains” tab, you can view the email domains stored and verified for your space. You can find more information on verifying your email domains in this article.
Please note that you can only select correctly verified email domains that are stored in the resources for sending a message in evenito.
If a domain is no longer required and should be deleted, please contact our CS team via help@evenito.com.
Video domains
To embed videos in the video module on your event website, you must first enter a corresponding video domain in the “Video domains” tab in the “Resources”. You can use the “Add item” field to enter the video source, e.g. YouTube, Vimeo or an alternative cookieless solution, by entering “Name” and “URL”.
Please note:
If a video domain is deleted for which videos are still embedded on event websites, an error message is displayed in the corresponding video modules.
Event labels
Please note:
Event labels can only be used with the "Hospitality" feature.
To categorize events by theme or event type, you can create event labels that can be assigned to individual events.
You can create a new label using the “Add item” field. The labels can be translated into all user languages using the language assistant.
You can assign the labels to your events in the “Event settings” in the “Basics” of an event.
