Set up and manage Standard Integrations 

Connecting your event attendee data with your CRM platform no longer requires weeks of custom software development. With evenito Standard Integrations, you can connect the platforms Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot directly within your space using a zero-code, template-driven interface.

Requirements

Before activating Standard Integrations in your evenito space, ensure the following set up: 

  • Administrator access: You must have the user role "Administrator" in your evenito space to set up and manage integrations.
  • Third-party account credentials: You need the active login credentials for the destination platform (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot).
  • Data processing agreement & pricing acceptance: Activating this feature includes our integration partner Appmixer under your DPA and may update your pricing tier.

Activate Standard Integrations

  • Log in to your evenito space, navigate to your space settings and click on the menu item "Integrations" in the general settings section.
  • If no integrations have been set up yet, a promotional overview page will be displayed with an activation option.

  • Select the checkbox within the "Ready to automate?" section, then click "Activate integrations".

Attention!

By activating the integrations you agree to the displayed costs per integration per month and accept the linked terms and conditions of the third party provider Appmixer. 

Connect Standard Integrations

After activating the integrations in your evenito space you can now connect your desired Third-Party application. You can currently choose between Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Locate the template for your desired platform and click the card, or click the "Use" button in the bottom-right corner.
  • Click on "Start automation" in the pop-up window that now appears.

  • In the pop-up window, click on the "Connect Account" button and follow the on-screen prompt to log in and authorize your third-party system account directly within the evenito UI. No API keys or manual token management are required.

Please note

The e-mail address is required and used for contact identification for all integrations. The following actions happen per integration:

  • Finds or creates contacts in your CRM every hour based on registrations in evenito
  • Adds a note to the contacts together with the event name that they registered to.
  • Updates to your CRM are sent hourly
  • For Salesforce only: If no "company" value is found on the contact in evenito, then "Undefined" is added as a fallback info
  • To finalize the set up with your now connected account, click the "Accept price and enable integration" button on the bottom.
  • Once connected, your automation will appear under the "My Integrations" section.

Manage Integration Lifecycles

You can control data synchronization using the toggle switch on the Integration card. By default, synchronization is active as soon as an Integration is created.

To temporarily pause synchronization without losing your configuration, turn off the toggle switch on the card or select "Stop" from the three-dot menu.

To permanently disconnect an integration, click "Delete" from the card's menu options.

To rename an integration, select "Rename" from the menu, enter your preferred title, and click "Save".

Logs

To view integration logs, click "See logs "in the three-dot menu on an integration card, or click the "Logs" tab in the top navigation bar.

Click in the search bar and choose the desired integration.

All logs of the desired integration are listed in an overview. You can click on "Autorefresh" to sync your live data.

Connections

In the connections tab you can see all current connections and see which ones are active or inactive at the moment.

To test a connection, click the lightning icon on an individual connection row, or test all connections at once by clicking the lightning icon in the top-right toolbar."

You can also fully delete the integration here by clicking the trash can icon on the right side next to the flash icon. 

Current Restrictions

  • Standard Data Schemas Only: Standard Integrations cover standard attendee data syncing. Complex multi-object mapping or non-standard custom data shapes are out of scope and require custom implementation. Please reach out to help@evenito.com for further set up questions.
  • Space-Level Activation: To optimize resources, integration capabilities are provisioned on a per-space basis upon active usage.
