[Modules](https://help.evenito.com/modules?hsLang=en#modules) # Translations ## The Translations module gives you a central overview of your event translations and allows you to manage them all in one place. **In this article** - [Table Structure](https://help.evenito.com/translations#Table-Structure) - [Entering Translations](https://help.evenito.com/translations#Entering-Translations) - [Table Tags](https://help.evenito.com/translations#Table-Tags) Under the "**Translations**" navigation item, you'll find the written content for your event clearly organized in a single, comprehensive table. Here, you can view and edit your event's default language alongside all additional languages side by side. This saves time, prevents errors, and ensures a quick go-live for your multilingual event. The following content can be translated through this module: - Event Settings - Location - Schedule - Speakers - Booths - Ticket Types - Connect/Virtual Platform **Please note:** Before you begin translating, make sure you have enabled at least one additional event language in your basic event settings and created your primary content (e.g. event description or schedule) in your default language. ### Table Structure After clicking the "**Translations**" module, you will see a central table displaying all translations currently saved in your event. The first column lists the field labels such as name or description, the second column displays the text in your default language, and the remaining columns show your additional event languages side by side. **![Screenshot 2026-10-06 at 10.57.28](https://help.evenito.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/4.0/%C3%9Cbersetzungen/Screenshot%202026-10-06%20at%2010.57.28.png?width=584&height=328&name=Screenshot%202026-10-06%20at%2010.57.28.png)** You can click the **"X"-icon** in the top right of any language column to temporarily hide it and keep your workspace clear when managing multiple languages. Using the **"+"-symbol**, you can unhide the language at any time. If you want to focus only on texts that are still open, activate the "**Show only missing & duplicates**" toggle at the top left. For example, if a field in your default language contains "Welcome" and the English field also contains "Welcome", this will be flagged as a duplicate. ### Entering Translations To add a translation in the table, click the **pencil icon**. For multi-line content (such as descriptions), a text box opens where you can format your text as desired. Once you have entered your text, confirm the entry directly within the field by clicking the small **checkmark icon** at the edge. Please note that the checkmark only applies the entry locally: to permanently save your changes in the event, you must click the "**Save changes**" button in the top right corner. ![pen](https://help.evenito.com/hs-fs/hubfs/pen.png?width=670&height=150&name=pen.png) For an even easier translation, you have the option to use our AI translation feature.
