Big news! Today we are introducing evenito 4.0 to the world.
From day one, our vision was clear: Simpler event management, more efficiency, and more automation for you. That vision still drives us, and evenito 4 is our next big step on that journey with you.
What’s New in evenito 4.0
evenito 4.0 has many new tools and upgrades which we will roll out over the coming weeks.
Here are the highlights:
New Navigation
We redesigned the navigation to give you back space to work within evenito. Menu items have been re-grouped for consistency, and the number of clicks required for main activities has been reduced.

Improved Ticketing
Selling tickets should be stress-free. With evenito 4.0, set up and sell tickets smoothly. The new purchasing flow fully shows off your brand, as defined in your settings.
Scheduled Messages
Write event emails now, schedule them for later. Emails go out automatically when you choose, based on filters you pick. No more last-minute message rushes!
Reports
The new Reports feature sends weekly updates about guests to your chosen people, on autopilot. No more downloading and resending of Excel sheets! Save time and keep your team updated, with ease.
Account Center
Admins now get an overview of the aggregated number of events and rsvp’s created in their space.
And that’s not all! Many small fixes have been added to make your work smoother:
- Collapsible side navigation: Click to hide the side menu. Get more screen space. Enjoy a cleaner workspace for doing your work.
- Dark Mode: If you’ve ever worked late or in low light, dark mode is for you. Simply switch it on via your profile popup.
- New Icons: You'll start seeing fresh icons appearing across evenito. We're updating our entire icon set for a clearer, more modern look.
We always work to improve our design, so you can expect evenito 4 to keep getting better!
When and How Can You Get It?
evenito 4.0 and the above features will be rolled out gradually to all of our customers over the coming weeks. If you have received an email confirming your access to evenito 4.0 this means you can now explore the new user interface.
To switch to evenito 4.0 go into your space, click on your profile icon and click on “Switch to evenito 4.0”. Your page will reload, et voilà. To switch back, follow the same steps in evenito 4.0.
What now?
evenito 4.0 is not a destination, but the start of a journey into a new and inspiring future. A future in which we will work even harder on our design and provide even stronger support to Event Managers.

- Who in my company can see this?
If you can see evenito 4.0, this means your space and all users with the roles space administrator, supporter, and event manager can see evenito 4. - How can I switch back to evenito 3.0?
To switch from evenito 4.0 to evenito 3.0 enter your space, click on your profile on the bottom left, and select “Switch to evenito 3.0”. - What else changed in evenito 4.0?
You will notice a lot of smaller changes in the user interface, but everything works essentially the same way as before. Make sure to take some time to familiarise yourself with the new interface. - Can I do my normal work with evenito 4.0?
Yes, you can. Events are already being created and managed from start to end on evenito 4.0. - What doesn’t yet work in evenito 4.0?
Everything you have access to should be working as expected. Features that are not yet ready for the new interface will become visible once ready. - How long will evenito 3.0 be available?
evenito 3.0 will be available until the end of August 2025. Starting in September 2025, all users will be switched to evenito 4.0. - What if I have questions about evenito 4.0?
