How can I send a contact pass for check-in with the Scan Agent app?

You would like to send a contact pass to your contacts so that you can use the Scan Agent app for check-in?

Open the message in which you want to send the contact pass and open the placeholder manager. Now click on "Contact information" and select the "Contact pass QR code" placeholder at the bottom. 

Please not:

The "Contact Pass QR Code" placeholder is only displayed in the contact information in the placeholder manager if the "Scan Agent" function has already been activated in the "Check In" module in the back office.

A preview of the contact pass cannot be viewed, it is only generated when the message is sent to the participant. A "Sample contact pass" is therefore set at this point in the message preview and in the test e-mails.

Towards a greener world

You can actively inform the participants in the e-mail that the QR code does not have to be printed out. The QR code can be scanned directly from the contact's smartphone.
