Select Contacts across pages
We’ve improved contact selection
A user can now select contacts across pages, making it easier to perform actions with multiple contacts.
Blocklist
We’ve improved the blocklist
The blocklist now appears as a table interface allowing for more information about each entry to be displayed. Users can now see which event the contact has unsubscribed from. Further users can also add contacts manually to the blocklist.
Copy Ticket Types
We’ve improved ticket types creation
Users can now copy ticket types allowing for faster creation of a set of tickets.
Purchase refund confirmation email
Refund triggers automatic email notification
This email type is automatically sent to billing contacts after tickets have been refunded, and includes the credit note document as an attachment. Like the purchase confirmation email this email type cannot have groups associated with it. In that message’s recipients tab, instead of a list of contacts, you will see a list of billing contacts.
Filters
We’ve improved our filtering options
We’ve added a “select all / deselect all” option in the teams filter dropdown on the event list. Also, we’ve added an option for you to filter for “none of the groups” and “none of the tickets” when filtering the contact list. This makes it easier to identify contacts that haven’t been assigned any groups or tickets.
Small improvements
- Logs: When using the logs functionality, all actions are now preselected by default. This reduces the effort it takes to start a search, and saves you precious time when digging for information.
- Standard sorting: Custom placeholders and group tokens are now being sorted alphabetically. This makes it easier to find specific elements when working with large numbers of custom placeholders or group tokens.
- Website footer: When defining a website footer that has a different domain than the ones defined in your space settings, evenito will show users a warning message. This should reduce unwanted errors like typos.
- Better Information and Navigation Previews: We've made two key updates to improve clarity and navigation, especially on smaller screens or when the side menu is collapsed:
- Header Button Guidance: When the save button in the header is inactive, hovering over it will now display a message explaining why it is inactive, giving you immediate feedback.
- Collapsed Navigation Preview: When the evenito side navigation is collapsed, hovering your mouse over the menu icons now provides a preview of the menu item's full name. This makes it easier to work with the side navigation collapsed and navigate on smaller screens.
- Group-specific form based on ticket:
When a host assigns a ticket, the form displayed in the subsequent step will now be group-specific based on the groups that the selected tickets will assign to the contact.
Bug Fixes 4.0
- Contacts editing: A user couldn't bulk assign more than 75 groups to one contact in one go. Users had to do a workaround and assign <75 groups at once. This has been fixed and a user can assign several hundreds at once.
- Message saving: Sometimes users would click on the "Save changes" button on an email and the button would not change, making it appear as if changes were not saved. This has been fixed.
- Schedule deletion: Deleting a schedule item from its details page didn't work. That has been fixed.
- Ticketing synchronization: In rare cases those who purchased tickets did not have their invoice properly handled by the evenito system, leading to delayed communication and ticket assignment.
- Add Companion: When adding a companion relation to a contact, the selected companion disappeared in the selection interface, while still creating the relationship. The selection element now functions correctly.
- Invoices: A participant was still listed as registered in the invoices tab, even though the invoice had been cancelled and the participant was listed as deregistered in the contacts tab. This has been fixed and the participant is now listed with the correct status in the invoices tab. If the contact was deleted it says "deleted contact" (which happens in case of abandoned invoices for example).
- Group assignment in Forms: If a user has edited an additional question in the form to assign a contact to a group based on the answer selection, but the user then deletes that specific group, the user can't switch and save the answer-assignment to another group.
- Unsaved changes in Forms: When adding a display condition to a question in your forms, a popup appears erroneously indicating unsaved changes. This has been fixed.
- Form question types: Question type names in your forms are now translated into your user language when setting up a form. This makes it easier to set up your forms faster.
- Check-in: When searching for a contact via token, when checking in, the user had to select the contact again after searching. Now, the contact is automatically selected allowing for a faster check-in.
- Virtual platform: For spaces working with virtual events and our streaming partner 3Q, there was an issue where creating a new few-to-many stream would not create the corresponding project in 3Q, This has been resolved.
- Message sending: When trying to send a message to all contacts some users would get a unclear error message. This has been resolved, and you can select all contacts and send a message to them.
