Release news from 30th of October 2025
New and improved
Schedules
Event times can be changed without schedule item times adapting to them
Sometimes you want your event to start an hour earlier, but you can’t change the schedule with it – Speakers have been booked, and their time slots cannot be moved. Previously, when you moved the event time, the schedule would move with it. Now you can decide whether to move your entire schedule as well, or keep it fixed.
Websites
Improvements to website publishing
Website publishing has gotten an update and now shows you key information like favicon and tab preview, search engine indexing settings, URL settings as well as the last user who published changes on the website.
Tickets
The experience of refunding a ticket has been improved and made much clearer
- You can now download proof of refund via a Credit Note.
- The refund deadline of 7 days after event end date is more clearly communicated.
- In your ticket invoice history evenito now also shows refunds.
- You can now set up multiple sellers in the same Space, allowing you to sell tickets through different legal entities and in different currencies, depending on the event. Before tickets go live, evenito will show you which seller is being used for the ticket sale.
Other improvements
- We’ve improved the loading behavior so that on slow connections you wouldn’t be faced with an empty page stating that you don’t have the necessary permissions to view this page.
- In the audit log, you will now see actual user names under the Author column for any logs concerning scheduled messages.
- Files downloaded from the Account Center are now called “evenito Event Reporting” to more accurately describe what they contain.
Bug Fixes
Bug Fixes 4.0
- Contact registrations: When registering a contact after assigning them a ticket, hosts weren't required to fill in required information, and instead could register contacts with incomplete information.
- Time picker: The time picker would not work when setting times in certain time zones. It also showed issues when setting times after daylight saving on October 26th 2025.
- Contact uploads: When uploading a list of contacts with hosts assigned to them, those hosts would not be recognized by the system if their email included capitalized letters.
- Events: Some events would become invisible to some users because of a team-related issue.
