Release Notes from 19th of March 2026
Highlights
Reports
- View report settings: Users can now view comprehensive report details, including general info, columns, active filters, and the list of recipients.
- Monthly sending cadence: Added the flexibility to schedule reports for monthly delivery (start, mid, or end of month), extending on the already existing weekly cadence.
- Registration & group stats: Reports now include high-level statistics at the top, showing the number of contacts by registration status, check-in status, and group.
- Bulk recipient entry: Users can now quickly add a large number of recipients by pasting lists directly into the recipient field.
- Send reports instantly: With the new "Send once" feature in the report overview, users can now immediately deliver their reports to one or more recipients.
- Dynamic file naming: For better organization, the Report PDF file name now automatically includes the specific Report name.
- Report segmentation: Users can now display different contact segments as distinct tables within the same report. For example, users can segment the contacts by groups, making it easier for recipients to see all contacts of the same group listed together.
- Domain setting shortcuts: When no allowed recipient domains have been set up, admins will now see a direct link to the domain settings for quick resolution.
Coming soon
- Direct copy after creation: We are introducing a feature that allows users to easily send themselves a copy of the report right after it has been created.
- Set end date for sending: You will soon be able to define a specific expiration date for automated report schedules.
- Edit Report settings: We are finalizing the ability to update existing reports, including modifying the sending cadence, sender email, and adjusting columns or filters after a report has been created.
Improvements
- Long schedule descriptions: For websites showing parallel schedule items, long descriptions will now be neatly truncated with a “Read more” option to keep your layout clean.
- Refreshed empty states: We’ve improved the visuals in the File Manager, the Check-in page, and the Test Email flow to be clearer and more helpful when no data is present.
- Alphabetical template sorting: When creating a new event, event managers will now see the list of event templates sorted alphabetically for easier navigation.
- Clearer search indication: In dropdown components (like team member selection), we’ve added a “Search here” prompt to clearly communicate when a field is searchable.
▶ Bug fixes
- Tickets assigning groups: Fixed an issue where removing a group-assigning ticket would unexpectedly remove the group from that contact. Groups will now remain on a contact as long as the contact holds at least one ticket that assigns that group.
- Answer limits: Fixed an edge case where a contact could bypass "full" answer limits during registration. The system now strictly enforces these limits at the point of registration.
- Wallet Passes: Fixed translations for titles (such as "Event Name") within wallet passes; these are now fully multilingual.
- Forms settings sheet: Fixed a bug where the settings sheet in the Forms page would automatically open upon a page refresh.
- Date picker: Resolved an issue that caused the date picker to select the incorrect day (one day in the past) for users in certain regions, such as the US.
- Default modules: For all new events, the Website and Forms modules are now active by default. This does not impact copied events or events created from a template.
- Polish contact fields: Contact fields within the contact settings are now fully translated into Polish.
