Highlights

New Bulk Action on Contacts
Change Registration Status in Bulk

Managing your contact list just became even more efficient with two additional bulk actions. You can now update the check-in status for multiple guests at once, choosing to check them in or out in one simple flow. Additionally, you can add or remove contacts from specific groups in bulk. The system will automatically check your capacity limits before confirming the change to ensure everything stays within your event's limits.

Improvements

  • Waiting list registration period: To keep registration clear, the waiting list is now only available during the active registration period. Before registration opens or after it closes, guests will see the standard “registration is closed” notification instead of being prompted to join the waiting list.
  • Order of the limits page: We have reorganized the display order on the limits page. You will now find your limits listed in a more logical sequence, starting with general limits, followed by participant and companion limits for groups, limits per group token and ending with ticket quantities.
  • Reports:
    • Send me a copy: When setting up a report you can now select to send yourself a one-time copy of the report for review
    • Edit reports: After setting up a report you can now edit the report settings like sending details, report columns, data filters and recipients.

▶ Bug fixes
  • Host Ticket booking:
    • In public events, the button to add tickets remained active even after a host reached their personal booking limit. This has been fixed so the button now correctly disables once the limit is reached, preventing any attempts to overbook tickets.
    • Additionally, hosts were shown ticket counts that were already used even if they did not have those tickets assigned, and they were unable to reduce that number. The booking page now correctly allows hosts to adjust their ticket selections starting from zero, ensuring they have full control over their bookings.
  • Group Limits: The "Limits" link within the Groups section incorrectly directed users to companion limits instead of the maximum participant limits. This has been corrected so that the link now leads to the proper "Groups: max. amount of participants" setting.
