Improvements
- Group-specific tickets: You can now set visibility rules for your tickets based on Groups. With Group-specific tickets, you define exactly which audiences (such as internal staff or premium clients) can view or purchase specific tickets, ensuring the right people see the right offers. In combination with the group token functionality, this feature lets users set up discounted tickets only visible to specific groups. This feature is being released to everyone.
- Filter events by month: Finding events is now easier with the new Month Filter for "All events," "My events," and “Calendar” views. You can now filter by a specific month to see every event active during that timeframe, including multi-month events that start or end outside the selected dates. This feature will be released to all spaces in the coming days.
- Floating menu: We have moved the "Download" and "Delete" actions on the Contacts page from the top-right corner to a contextual floating menu at the bottom of the page. This menu appears automatically when one or more contacts are selected, streamlining the interface and ensuring buttons are only visible when actionable.
- Account Center: The current Excel download detailing usage aggregated by event has been expanded by a new view detailing space usage aggregated by month, providing a high-level overview in addition to the current per-event breakdown. This feature will be released to all spaces in the coming weeks.
Bug fixes
- Unexpected page refresh: Returning to an evenito tab after it has been idle in the background triggered an unintended automatic page refresh. This caused the immediate loss of any unsaved changes or progress made on that screen prior to switching tabs. This has been resolved.
- Contact language: Fixed an issue where bulk-updating contacts via import would overwrite their existing language settings. Now, if the language field is not explicitly mapped during import, the original contact language remains unchanged.
- New user space access: Fixed an issue where a new user didn't get access to a space where they were added to.
- Message templates: Fixed an issue where templates could not be deleted directly from the list view. The deletion process now triggers correctly without needing to open the template editor.
- Empty space: Saving a Space color with an incorrect format (specifically a double hash ##) caused the entire Space to crash. We added input validation to prevent saving invalid codes and a fallback mechanism so the page remains accessible (using a default color).
