Custom views for contacts
Work faster with saved custom table views

You no longer need to spend time manually re-applying your filters, column visibility, and sorting options every time you open your "Contacts" table. You can now create personalized custom views alongside existing overviews like "All contacts", "Waitlisted", or "Duplicates", and save your preferred setup directly.

New automated Host communication
Keep hosts accountable with ticket assignment reminders

You can now keep hosts on track without spending hours sending manual follow-ups. Joining existing automations like "Booking confirmation" and daily "Contingency updates", you can now activate the automated "Deadline Reminder - Ticket Assignment" in the "Host communication" tab. The system sends reminder e-mails 30, 14, and 7 days before the "Registration by hosts" deadline to hosts who still have unassigned tickets.

Improvements

• Messages Placeholder: When using the "Ticket summary" placeholder, ticket type titles are now displayed in bold text within your e-mail summaries, making it easier for recipients to quickly scan and read their booking details.

• Host communication: When previewing "Host communication" templates, you will now see realistic sample data instead of generic placeholders, giving you a clearer picture of how your final e-mail will look before sending.
