Release Notes from 9th of February 2026

Highlights

Secure your brand identity with the Event Creator role
Protect your styles while your team creates.
Space administrators can now assign the Event Creator role to users. This role allows colleagues to build events and send messages without changing styles. Admins lock the theme settings in Websites, E-mails and Connect to ensure events follow your brand. This feature will be rolled out to all spaces in the coming weeks.

Check-in role improvements
Seamless Entrance and Badge Printing
Manage your event entrance and trigger badge printing directly in the backoffice with our specialized check-in role. We have implemented extra security layers, including search limits and restricted data access, to ensure your guest information stays protected while your team focuses on a warm welcome. This improvement will be released to spaces over the coming weeks.

New event language
Events Speak Polish
You can now host events in Polish. Set it as your default language or add it as an option so guests can view your website in their native language. Polish is available to all spaces immediately.

Improvements

      • Clarity at a glance: We added new tooltips to the "All events" and "My events" views for the copy, delete, and template icons to help you navigate faster. We also made the refund button in the Ticketing module more helpful: if it is disabled, a quick hover will inform you that refunds are unavailable 7 days after the end of the event.
      • A modern look for your backoffice: We are updating our standard font to Inter to match our new branding. This change is currently only visible in the backoffice; your event websites remain unchanged for now.

      Bug fixes
      • Professional wallet passes: We've fixed the capitalization in Wallet Pass titles. Now, every word starts with a capital letter, ensuring a uniform and professional look on your guests' smartphones.
      • Consistent navigation: We resolved a layout issue where the logo and navigation items were inverted on mobile. Plus, the desktop menu will no longer hide behind a burger icon when it shouldn't.
      • Reliable messaging: We've implemented a short-term fix to keep existing scheduled messages stable. We've also corrected the status reporting—if an email bounces, it will now correctly show as "Bounced" instead of "Delivered."
      • Refreshed branding: Our password reset emails were a bit behind the times. They now feature our latest branding and current sender address.
      • Social icons: The missing social media icons in the message preview are back, so you can see exactly what your guests will see.
      • Faster website setup: We removed the redundant alert about unpublishing domains when you create a new website, making your setup process one step shorter.
