Release Notes from 2nd of July 2026

Improvements

  • Contact exports in user language: Column headers in downloaded .csv and .xlsx files now match the user language settings, making your data easier to read and manage.
  • Live attendee count for moderators: Few-to-many stream moderators can now see a real-time count of active viewers. This counter is invisible for the participants.
  • Duplicate contacts improvements:
    • Clearer matching criteria: The e-mail column is now highlighted to clearly show which criteria is used to match duplicate contacts.
    • Contact editing: Edit contacts directly from the duplicates tab by clicking the edit pen on the desired contact row.
    • Quick status updates: Update a contacts registration status directly from the duplicates overview.
    • Bulk delete capability: Select and delete multiple duplicate contacts at once to clean up your database faster.
    • Better default views: The "Last Update" column is now visible by default to help you quickly identify the most recent records.

Bug fixes
  • Ticket price display: Ticket prices are now always visible within the contact details. Previously, these prices were only displayed if a contact purchased their ticket directly through the website.
  • Host limit removal: Host limits can now be completely removed from a ticket type again.
  • Website "Save changes" button: The "Save changes" button becomes active again after only reordering widgets in the website editor.
  • Event Creator role access: Resolved an access issue where users with both „Event Creator" and „Check-in" role were unable to access their necessary modules within an event.
  • Message template copying: Copied message templates can now be sent immediately without requiring a manual re-save.
  • Host name display in „Duplicate" tab: The duplicate overview now correctly displays the host's name instead of their ID number.
  • Date language localization (Polish): Event start dates display days and months in Polish again instead of English.
