Important reminder
evenito 3.0 shuts down at the end of September 2025. From today, new users already have evenito 4.0 as their default, and we ask everyone to proactively start working with the new interface.
Send automated reports
Automate your reporting and keep stakeholders in the loop
Manually sending out weekly guest lists is a task of the past. The new Reports functionality allows you to schedule automated weekly sendings of your guest list to key stakeholders. You can even filter the report to show only the specific contacts they need to see. Set it up once, and let evenito do the rest. Read how to set up your first report.
Search your File Manager
Find your files in a flash
Looking for that one specific logo or presentation? We've added a search bar to the File manager. You can now quickly find any file by its name, saving you from the endless scroll. It’s a simple update that makes managing your event assets much more efficient.
Groups and Tickets
Segment guests based on their tickets
Automatically assign groups and tailor your registration form for guests based on which tickets are selected. This makes it effortless to send targeted e-mails and personalize the event experience for different attendee types, like VIPs or standard guests. Or you can ask for dietary requirements from guests with a dinner ticket, while keeping the form simpler for those with a standard ticket. This feature will be rolled out to all spaces in the coming weeks.
More event filters
Find your events faster
Navigating through a long list of events is now much simpler. We’ve added new filters that let you sort your events by owner or label. Finding the exact event you’re looking for takes just a couple of clicks. This feature will be rolled out to all spaces in the coming weeks.
Better web accessibility
Give your guests and users a more accessible experience
We’ve added visual error message indicators, improved the color contrast on error messages, added a hover state on buttons, and extended the ability to add alternative text to images in the photo widget. Stay tuned for more changes on this front.
User Export
Download a list of all space users
Space administrators can now export a complete list of users from their space. This export includes important details like user roles and teams, making it simpler to manage permissions and keep your user records up-to-date. This feature will be rolled out to all spaces in the coming weeks.
Space logs
Review activity within your space
For our administrators, we’ve introduced Space Logs. This new feature provides a chronological overview of all activities that happen within your space, such as changes to settings or user permissions. It’s like having a helpful co-pilot who keeps a perfect record, giving you more control and peace of mind. This feature will be rolled out to all spaces in the coming weeks.
Registration Charts
View registration numbers for a large number of groups in your event dashboard
When your event has more than ten groups, in the event dashboard you can now see each group’s assigned number of contacts by clicking on “more groups”. This will open a list of all the groups in your event with their corresponding number of contacts. This feature is available in all spaces as of now.
Location
See your first location marked as Main location, automatically
The first created location is automatically marked as “Main location”. This solves the situation where event managers forgot to set a main location, which can create problems later on, for example when sending guests their Wallet Passes. This feature is available in all spaces as of now.
Further Updates
- We improved the dropdown menu on messages by moving the “Copy message” button away from “Delete message”, and closer to “Edit message”. Hopefully this will avoid unwanted message deletions for fast clickers.
- When manually creating a contact sometimes our system would generate a contact token that started with a hyphen. This created errors when downloading the list of contacts because excel would interpret that cell as a negative value. We now no longer put a hyphen “-” into contact tokens.
- When adding companions (or other relationships) you can search for contacts by their token. This should make it easier to find the contacts you’re looking for.
