Reports

Reports can now show up to 10 columns

Select up to twice the amount of columns to be shown in your automated reports. Reports with 6 to 10 columns will automatically rotate to be shown in landscape mode, giving your data more space.

Date datashape

Provide guests with a structured date picker to submit date information like birthdays

Anybody filling out your registration forms can provide dates in date format. This avoids formatting chaos and ensures you have clean data to work with. Simply set the data type to be of type “Date” and you’re good to go.

Logs for files

As a space admin you can now see logs for changes made to files in your space

The new space-level logs now also include logging for changes made to files in your file manager. Space-level logs are gradually being rolled out to all spaces.

Websites

Improvements to website unpublishing, position tracking, and sub-domains

  • When websites get deleted or their publishing time expires, we now automatically unpublish them to ensure your old websites cannot be visited.
  • We re-enabled the feature to not require a sub-domain to be set before publishing a website, so you can publish a website to a main domain.
  • We started tracking a visitor’s position on the website to keep them in the same position when switching the website language.

Multiple ticketing sellers

If you’re selling tickets in different currencies, you can now do this in evenito

Companies and departments sell tickets in different regions and currencies across the world. You can now select a seller from your list of sellers for each event.

Host management

Several improvements for spaces using the host management feature

  • When uploading contacts, users can now also include a column for hosts, which automatically assigns a host to each contact, allowing for advanced filtering features later on.
  • Ticket descriptions are fully expanded to ensure hosts have all the information they need to book a ticket.

Bug Fixes

  • Publishing tickets: Going live with tickets used to show a suspicious error message. We've removed that message and made sure your tickets are going live without a glitch.
  • Event calendar: Some hosts seemed to only see 20 events in their event calendar. That was clearly not enough, so now the host event calendar shows all events again.
  • Date picker: Setting a date in evenito was not straight forward. Our team got together and shipped an improvement that should make this more intuitive.
  • Speakers: Our system was of the opinion that events shouldn't show more than 20 speakers. We had a little chat with it, and now all your speakers get their deserved visibility.
  • Schedules: Some Safari users with multi-day schedules were seeing their website schedules being overlapped by the navigation arrows, making it hard to switch between days. This behavior has been fixed.
  • Placeholder manager: For users working with multiple event languages the placeholder manager would show empty placeholder names if translations for them were missing. We're now defaulting back to the event default language in such cases.
  • Blinking video widget: Some users were seeing their video website widget blink for no reason. A blinking widget signals that something needs attention. So we gave it our attention and fixed it.
  • Automatic ticket confirmation: Guests who took a bit longer to purchase a ticket through evenito would never receive a purchase confirmation for their tickets. We're now giving everyone enough time, as well as a purchase confirmation email.
  • Editing contacts as a host: When the host contact limit was reached, hosts were not able to edit their contacts anymore. That has been fixed, and hosts can continue editing their existing contacts.
  • Buttons on websites: Adding many buttons to a website header would cut those buttons off on narrow screens. Sometimes buttons would also be cut off at the bottom. We now improved the navigation widget to expand in height when needed, and turn into a collapsed menu when it has too many buttons to show in one row.
  • Website publishing: When publishing a website, the default publication period is set to be 6 months.
