You want to increase the interactivity of your event without cluttering your schedule with lots of parallel workshops or networking sessions. An effective solution for this is to set up a booth type that you can call “Networking,” for example. Within this booth type, you can then create each individual networking session as a separate booth.
In our example, we have created two booths in the “Networking” booth type.
To create a booth type and the corresponding booths (called “Networking Room 1” and “Networking Room 2” in the following example), please proceed as described in this article.
Please note:
To ensure that every participant has the rights to join with camera and audio, use a Many-to-Many stream.
Participants can then select one of the booths on the virtual platform and start networking by clicking on “Join.”
Please note:
The booths are not only ideal for networking, but can also serve as a “Help center” during an online event.
This way, if your participants encounter technical problems, they can jump directly into a meeting with one of your employees to get help without having to leave the platform.
