In this article we summarise the most important information of a classic onboarding process.

What is the implementation process at evenito?

When

What

approx. weeks after contract conclusion First kick-off meeting to discuss the next steps of the implementation and to clarify initial questions. This meeting is scheduled for approx. 30 minutes.
3-4 weeks after contract conclusion Training: During an approx. 2-hour training session, users are introduced to our tool by an evenito product expert. During the training, the event setup of the company and the best way to implement individual requirements are discussed.
4-6 weeks after the training Q&A Call: For about 30 minutes, users can ask any questions that have arisen during the use of the tool following the training. 
6 weeks after the training

One month after the training, the implementation is classically completed. By then, the user has all the necessary information and knowledge to use evenito independently and efficiently. 

After the implementation We are here for questions after implementation too. In this article we describe what support the users can benefit from. 

Please note:

The process shown here is an example that covers the majority of implementations. For more complex or extensive implementations (including, for example, the use of the ticketing or hospitality function) with several training sessions, this process may take longer. 

Before the training


After our sales colleagues have already picked up the Customer Success team for your event, we would like to schedule an approximately 30-minute call with you as a first step, during which we will briefly discuss your requirements and compare the information available so far.

In the second step, we would like to plan the setup and onboarding with you. The training will take approximately 2 hours. We would be happy to discuss possible dates during our preliminary meeting.

We will request the information about the setup and IT issues from you by e-mail or discuss them with you during our kick-off meeting. Please note that experience has shown that verifying the e-mail domain and landing page domain often takes more time. You should keep this in mind when planning and setting your timeline.

After the training

We hope you enjoyed the training as much as we did. We are always happy to have an interactive exchange.

If you have any questions or open issues, please feel free to collect them so that we can discuss them directly in our Q&A call, which we usually schedule about 1 week after the training.

    Access data to evenito

    We will be happy to create you as an user in evenito during the training. This will automatically trigger a message to your personal e-mail address to set a password. To be on the safe side, please also check your SPAM folder.

    Then open this mail and define your password. Now use this data on app.evenito.com to log in to the tool.

    Please note:

    The link to set your password is only valid for 72 hours. After that, the e-mail must be resent by the Customer Success Team.

    Once onboarding is complete, for data protection and security reasons, only the space admin(s) are permitted to add new users and thus send the password reset e-mail.

    Support

    All functions of the evenito software are described on our knowledge database. We maintain these articles intensively so that the information is always up to date. Simply use the search field and enter your question or a keyword.

    You can't find the answer to your question in the knowledge database? Then you can fill out our contact form on this page. To do so, click on "Submit request" in the top right-hand corner. This will open a form in which you can enter all the relevant information about your enquiry.

    At evenito, security is our top priority. In order for us to efficiently review and process your request, we need your confirmation to allow our Customer Success team to access your evenito Space. Please confirm your approval by actively checking the checkbox.

    Release News & digital Coffee Break

    You can find the latest features in our tool in the Release News (please log in with your evenito access data). As a new user, you will automatically be added to the mailing list.     Is evenito a full service agency?

    Attention:

    evenito is not a full service event agency, but a SaaS company (Software as a Service company).

    The product and the associated service of evenito is the browser based software for the organisation and implementation of events. For this purpose, the users of a company are supported fundamentally during the onboarding process and selectively via support requests. With the provision of a constantly updated knowledge database, the aim of evenito is to train users to use the software independently.
