We recommend you to perform a hard refresh before using evenito (app.evenito.com) next time.
With this release, we are making our new file manager available to all of our clients. This file manager can now also be opened centrally via the spaces basic setup of the Space (gear wheel top right).
- As a Space admin, you can now control which users can view which folders based on their teams.
- On the first level, only the Space admins can store and move files and create new folders by default.
- In addition, you can now change the sorting in the file manager. You can choose between the display in list form or thumbnails.
- Please note that all newly uploaded images will be hosted at the following URL in future: https://fs.evenito.com/. Here is a full link for checking. If you are unable to open this link, please have the domain evenito.com whitelisted by your IT department.
- All previous files will remain under the original URL.
- All images that are published (landing pages) will be optimised for screen size and displayed in web format (webp).
- The maximum file size for uploading is 20 mb.

Registration form
🔧 Improved:
- The additional questions in the registration form can now be inserted as "read only" fields. This allows you to use additional questions as paragraphs or show participants the questions they have already answered, but prevent them from editing them.

The placeholders for the calendar files in the messages have been adjusted so that it contains the location and/or the link to the virtual platform if these functions are active in the event.
