Release Notes from 3rd of August 2026

Improvements

• Internal seller name: Spaces with multiple sellers with the same company name can now differentiate them by adding an optional internal name to each seller.

• Contact exports language: Contact exports are now shown in the event’s default language.

• More guidance on empty pages: We’re continuously adding helpful guidance on empty pages to help users understand what they can do on that page. New additions are Messages, Websites, Personalized Files, Ticket Types, Speakers.

• New keyboard shortcut: Use the “Esc” (escape) key to quickly close the right-side drawer component visible in some parts of the application.

• Improvement to the Duplicates feature: We’ve continued to invest in making this feature more useful and easier to use.

• • Bulk actions: Duplicate contacts can be selected and marked as unique in bulk, making duplicate management more efficient.

• • View more duplicates: For larger sets of duplicates users can now click on “View more” to see the entire set, or “Collapse” to only see the top 5 duplicates.

• • Cleaner duplicates list: Once all contacts in a set of duplicates have been marked as unique or deleted, the entire set disappears.

• Removal of unused buttons: Users with the role “Host” were seeing the “copy” and “delete” buttons on their events but couldn’t use those actions. These buttons have been removed and are not visible to Host users.

• Low contrast on read-only fields: Read-only fields on the registration form had very low contrast and were hard to read. We improved it by making read-only fields easier to read.

• Website widget top margin: The icons widget had the titles of the widgets too cramped. This is now fixed so that the usual vertical spacing is correctly applied.
• File manager drag and scroll improved: When dragging a file in the file manager, the scrolling got stuck so sometimes you weren’t able to drop a file to a folder on top of the list.
