Once you have logged in to evenito and are inside your Space, you will first be directed to your event overview.
The event overview provides you with an overview of all your upcoming and past events. If you would like to find out how to navigate through evenito, take a look at this article first.

Event overview
Your events are located in the centre of the event overview. These are divided into upcoming (left-hand side) and past events (right-hand side) for a better overview.
In addition, there is a further subdivision into the following statuses:
- All: All events are listed here regardless of their status.
- In preparation: This event is currently still in the preparation phase. No communication has yet been sent or the event website has gone live.
- Published: Your event is in the hot phase: the communication has been sent, the event website has been set up and published and registration is open for your participants.
Please note:
As soon as you have published your tickets in a ticketing event, the status is automatically set to "Published".
- Live: The event takes place today.
- Done: Your event has been successfully realized, the subsequent communication set up and sent and the data analyzed.
- Archived: To keep your event overview as manageable as possible, you can archive your held or cancelled events.
Please note:
The status of your event only adjusts itself in a ticketing event when the tickets are published. Otherwise, the status has to be adjusted manually in the basic settings of your event.
Event search
You can use the "Search" line above your event overview to search for an event. Simply enter a keyword or the event name in the line and start the search by pressing Enter.
Alternatively, you can search specifically for events that have been assigned to the individual teams. To do this, click on "Show filters" and select the desired team(s) in the dropdown behind "Events for team". If you hide the filters, they will remain in the background and will be displayed as individual keywords under the search bar.
If you hover over the individual team tags under an event in your overview, the full team name will be displayed.
Please note:
As an administrator, you will still see all events with the respective team tags in the overview and can also select all events in the filter dropdown. Users with the role of event manager, on the other hand, only see the events of the team(s) assigned to them and can only select these teams in the dropdown. You can find more information about the roles in this article.
