We are very happy that you have chosen to use evenito. In this article, we would like to provide you information on the preparation and follow-up phase of your training and support your onboarding process in the best possible way.

Before the training

After our sales colleagues have already picked up the Customer Success team for your event, we would like to schedule a 15 minute call with you in the first step, in which we briefly discuss your requirements again and compare the information available so far. 

In the second step, we would like to plan the setup and onboarding with you. The training will take approx. 1.5 - 2 hours. We are happy to find a date together in our preliminary meeting.

Please send us the following basic information for the setup in advance:

General information:

  • Event name & time period
  • Colours (as HEX-Code)
  • Logo (as .svg, .png and/or .jpg)
  • Header image (as .png or .jpg)

IT (verification):

  • E-Mail domain, i.e. the e-mail address under which your e-mails should be sent from evenito in the future.
  • Landingpage domain, i.e. the default domain under which your events should be published.

After the training

Verification of an e-mail domain and the subdomain of a landingpage

Experience shows that the verification of the e-mail and the landing page domain often takes a little bit more time. You should not lose sight of this regarding to your planning and timeline.

Please note:

Generally, you are free to use the standard domain "evenito.site" for your event websites.

However, due to the ".site" ending, there is a possibility that messages containing a link to your event website with this standard domain will end up in the SPAM folder.

The reason for this is that ".site" domains are still "too new" for some e-mail clients and therefore they mark them SPAM.

For this reason, we strongly recommend verifying your own customised or organisation specific domain.

Access data to evenito

We will be happy to create you as an user in evenito during the training. This will automatically trigger a message to your personal e-mail address to set a password. To be on the safe side, please also check your SPAM folder.

Then open this mail and define your password. Now use this data on app.evenito.com to log in to the tool.

One of your users did not receive the access data message or did not click on the link in the activation e-mail within 72 hours and was therefore unable to set a password? Then follow the procedure described in this section.


All functions of the evenito software are described on our knowledge database. We maintain these articles intensively so that the information is always up to date. Simply use the search field and enter your question or a keyword.

Is evenito a full service agency?


evenito is not a full service event agency, but a SaaS company (Software as a Service company).

The product and the associated service of evenito is the browser based software for the organisation and implementation of events. For this purpose, the users of a company are supported fundamentally during the onboarding process and selectively via support requests. With the provision of a constantly updated knowledge database, the aim of evenito is to train users to use the software independently.
